Keli
Perrin graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse
University College of Law in 2004. As a joint
degree student she also earned a Masters in Public
Administration from the Maxwell School of
Citizenship and Public Affairs. After law
school she served for two years as law clerk to the
Honorable David N. Hurd, United States District
Judge for the Northern District of New York.
She earned her undergraduate degree from SUNY
Institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
Technology. She is admitted to practice in New
York State and the Northern District of New York.
She also is a member of the New York Bar
Association.
Perrin and co-instructor, Maxwell Dean Mitchell Wallerstein, recently developed an interdisciplinary course, Homeland Security: Federal Policy and Implementation Challenges, which draws students pursuing degrees in international relations, public administration and law. She is a member of the New York State Emergency Manager's Association and has completed ICS-400 training.
