Marlene
Diamond joins the staff of INSCT following twelve
years of service at the Maxwell School of
Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University.
Prior to her employment at Syracuse University, she
worked as a teaching assistant in the reading
remedial labs at Jamesville-Dewitt Middle School.
Marlene is a 1973 graduate of the University of
Maryland-College Park where she received a B.A. in
History and English.
