The Everett Post-Conflict Reconstruction Program

Certificate of Advanced Studies (C.A.S.) in Post-Conflict Reconstruction

How can the United States effectively participate in rebuilding shattered societies?  INSCT is developing a specialized academic program that will provide law and graduate level courses, seminars, and internship opportunities to prepare professionals to work in a wide range of capacities in PCR environments.  Adopting an interdisciplinary approach that includes a range of fields, the Program will address core aspects of PCR – governance, security, human rights, and societal progress.  Once approved and implemented, students choosing to specialize in PCR as part of their law or graduate education will have the opportunity to earn a Certificate of Advanced Study (C.A.S.) in Post Conflict Reconstruction, which entails a combination of specialized coursework and coordinated professional development experiences. This program will address a pressing need in U.S. higher education in the international arena.

**Note: This program is currently under curriculum review and will not be offered until approved.  Announcements will be made in advance of it official implementation.
