Biography

Roxanne Tupper joined the INSCT team in August 2015. Before this appointment, she served as a Student Support Coordinator in the Advising and Career Services Office of the SU College of Arts and Sciences.  She graduated from Syracuse University where she majored in Psychology and Advertising. She has a master’s degree in Education from Louisiana State University and a master’s degree in Inclusive Education from Le Moyne College.

Biography

Originally from Brighton, England, Martin Walls has more than 22 years of marketing communications experience, with more than 12 years as a communications manager and coordinator for multiple Syracuse University units, including the Syracuse Center of Excellence in Environmental & Energy Systems; the Office of Community Engagement and Economic Development (Connective Corridor, Near Westside Initiative, and Urban Video Project); Project Advance; and the Maxwell School’s Executive Education Program.

Walls is responsible for INSCT’s marketing, media relations, social media, graphic design, video production, web strategy, web maintenance, and other communications. Before joining Syracuse University, Walls worked at Syracuse companies Bentley-Hall, Inc.; CNY Jazz Central; Eagle Newspapers; Pinckney Hugo Group; and Onondaga Community College. He holds a B.A. (Hons) from the University of East Anglia, UK, and an M.F.A. from Purdue University. Walls joined the INSCT team in February 2013.
